March 25, 2011 was Sysgen’s Client Appreciation Night. The Hexagon Lounge at RCBC Tower was all decked out for a night of great music, great food and great company! It was Sysgen’s way of saying thank you to our loyal and best loved clients.

Warmly welcoming guests were the top officials of the company: Jimmy Roa, CEO; Lawrence Jalbuena, Chairman of the Board; Anna Rose Bautista, VP Operations; and Ana Katrina Roa, VP Accounting, IT and Administration.

The night started off with an opening prayer led by Emseey Piccio, a Recruitment Consultant. After that CEO Jimmy Roa personally expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the many clients present and enthusiastically opened the night’s festivities. ”We at Sysgen would like to say THANK YOU to all of you, OUR CLIENTS. You are ALL VIPs as far as we are concerned. Sysgen will not be in business if not for the trust and partnership you have given our company.” he warmly addressed the crowd.

The Sysgen Trio (Mia Anillo, LA Cabali and Kaye David) jumpstarted the evening with their rousing rendition of “Love Will Keep Us Together”! Next, Sysgen’s very own VP for Operations, Anna Rose Bautista, gave a soulful interpretation of “Killing Me Softly” and “One Hello”.

It was really a surprising showcase of our employees’ hidden talents. Sysgen people don’t just work well; they sing well, too!

Mia was then back on stage to sing “Ewan”, “Hinahanap Hanap Kita” and “Someday”. And just before dinner, Kaye took her turn crooning “Till They Take My Heart Away”, “Para Sa Akin and “I’ll Be Alright”. Good music and good showmanship!

Great entertainment was followed by great food. Everybody feasted on the sumptuous buffet of Mushroom Marsala Soup, Mango & Grape Sicilian Salad, Parmesan Crusted Fish Fillet with Lemon Butter Cream, Beef Salpicao, and Shrimp & Chicken Primavera Pasta. These were capped by dessert of Mango Pannacotta. I personally enjoyed the Beef Salpicao – the meat and flavoring was excellent!

After dinner, some of our clients gamely sang for everyone.  Blessie Cato of Accenture sang “Tattoo on My Mind”, while Kristine Karen Nalayog  from ETSI performed “Killing Me Softly”.

It was a night of friendship and camaraderie.  Many thanks to everybody who made this event a success! Many thanks to our clients who took time to attend the event! See you again next year!
